Stephen Morris.
by Shute, Nevil.

Publisher Information:
Morrow, New York: 1961.

A Near Fine copy with a touch of sunning to the top edge of the spine in a Near Fine, unclipped dust jacket with some rubbing to the extremities and shallow chipping to the head of the spine. This is Shute's earliest work of fiction which was not published before his death. The novel follows an aviator named Stephen Morris who, following World War I, secures a job as an aircraft designer and test pilot during a challenging period when England struggled to build an aircraft industry amid a dubious economic future.
