The Plague and I.
by MacDonald, Betty.

Publisher Information:
Lippincott, Philadelphia: 1948.

A Near Fine copy with a sticker shadow on the flyleaf in a Near Fine unclipped dust jacket with light toning to the spine and a short closed edge tear to the rear panel. This is an uncommon copy of Betty MacDonald's sympathetic account of the patients, nurses and well-meaning 'outsiders' that she encountered while undergoing treatment for tuberculosis in a sanitorium. This copy is signed by MacDonald on the flyleaf.
