Hello Towns.
by Anderson, Sherwood.

Publisher Information:
Horace Liveright, New York: 1921.

A Fine copy in a Near Fine unclipped dust jacket with a small closed edge tear to the top edge of the front panel. In this collection Anderson documents a year in the life of Marion, Virginia a small town where Anderson moved and bought the two town newspapers. Becoming the owner/editor of these local papers gave him intimate access to the characters and events that make up small town life in America. Anderson set out to show the moving life of a small town through the changing seasons, the events of the country court and the tragedies that befall the town's inhabitants.
