A Near Fine copy in green cloth bindingwith gilt stamping to the spine and and front cover. It is no secret that Theodore Roosevelt was an enthusiastic hunter. This is an account of big-game hunting in the United States, with chapters on hunting lore, hunting with hounds, hunting the grizzly, and hunting from the ranch. Several illustrators contributed drawings, including one by Frederic Remington.
