A Very Good plys copy in maroon cloth binding with gilt stamped title on the spine that is lightly sunned. This is the author's concise summary of the Nile River system. He describes his twelve month exploration during which he examined every individual river that is a tributary to the Nile from Abyssinia, including the Atbara. Settite, Royan, Salaam, Amgrab, Rahad, Dinder and the Blue Nile. There are 22 illustrations as well as two maps one a fold out.
